Marine Corps Lt. Gen. John F. Kelly, the senior military adviser to the secretary of defense, greets Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta on Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, Calif., March 30, 2012. Panetta will take a hovercraft to board the USS Peleliu as part of his visit. He will speak to the Marines and sailors of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Force and observe flight operations.
