RALLY FOR THE TROOPS
Military personnel salute Vice President Dick Cheney upon his arrival at a rally for the troops, Aug. 29, 2006, at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Neb. Offutt is home to the U.S. Strategic Command Headquarters and the Fighting 55th Wing, the largest wing in the Air Combat Command and the second largest in the Air Force.
