'MILESTONE' MESSAGE
U.S. President Barack Obama and NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen talk about the security transition in Afghanistan while meeting at the White House, May 31, 2013. Obama said Afghan forces were just several weeks away from taking the lead in combat operations from NATO-led forces across Afghanistan and called the upcoming transition "a milestone."
