Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen's plan to streamline acquisition organizations, workforce, and infrastructure as required by Section 912c of the National Defense Authorization Action for Fiscal Year 1998, is now available on the Internet on the Acquisition Reform Home Page (http://www.acq.osd.mil/ar). The plan can be found under the "Hot Topics" icon. The report was delivered to Congress on April 1, but only became available on the Acquisition Reform home page today.
