The Joint Officer Management Portal provides information concerning Department of Defense policy and regulations concerning the Joint Qualification System.
- Joint Qualification System (Restricted to DoD Only)
The Joint Qualification System (JQS) provides a multi-level joint qualification opportunity over the course of an officer's career through traditional joint duty assignments or the accumulation of equivalent joint experiences.
This JQS Website provides officers an opportunity to nominate their past assignments/duties for consideration as "joint experience" and accumulate points toward achieving the various levels of joint qualification.

Electronic Sponsorship Application and Training (eSAT)
Electronic Sponsorship Application and Training (eSAT) is designed to support military service members assigned the responsibility of unit sponsorship. The application contains online training for sponsors and is designed to facilitate communication between sponsors and newcomers. It has reporting capabilities so that the workflow of information between sponsor and newcomer is available for review. This short course provides an overview of the resources and tools available to assist a sponsor in completing the sponsorship duties. It links the sponsor to all DoD and Service websites supporting the Permanent Change of Station process to include those of Military OneSource. It contains a downloadable checklist of the sponsor's duties and a printable certificate for their records once the sponsor has completed the training.
Military Installations provides an overview of each military installation and state programs, including information on programs and services with contact information (telephone, fax, emails and website); articles of interest specific to the installation or state; photo galleries; and listings of major units.
