| U.S. Army soldiers load onto a C-130 Hercules aircraft during Exercise Joint Forcible Entry at Pope Air Force Base, N.C., on June 27, 2006. The exercise is a U.S. Army and Air Force joint airdrop exercise designed to enhance inter-service cohesiveness. The soldiers are assigned to the 1st Battalion, 508th Paratrooper Infantry Regiment and 2nd Battalion, 321st Airborne Field Artillery from Fort Bragg, N.C.
