| U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Jon Curtis (left) calls in an air strike as Cpl. The exercise, commonly called RIMPAC, brings together military forces from Australia, Canada, Chile, Peru, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States in the world's largest biennial maritime exercise. Curtis and Brookes are attached to the Fire Support Team with Echo Company, 1st Marine Regiment.
