General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has nominated Army Lt. Gen. Ronald L. Burgess Jr. for re-appointment to the grade of lieutenant general and assignment as director of the intelligence staff, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Washington, DC. He is currently serving as the deputy director of national intelligence for customer outcomes, National Intelligence Directorate, Washington, D.C. |
