Maj. Gen. John DeFreitas III, commanding general, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, Va., to director, Signals Intelligence Directorate, National Security Agency, Fort Meade, Md.
Brig. Gen. Ronald M. Bouchard, deputy commanding general/assistant commandant, U.S. Army Signal Center and Fort Gordon, Ga., to director, J-6, U.S. Pacific Command, Camp H. M. Smith, Hawaii. Brig. Gen. Bouchard was previously announced for chief of staff, Defense Information Systems Agency, Arlington, Va.
Brig. Gen. Brian A. Keller, director of intelligence, J-2, U.S. European Command, to deputy chief of staff for intelligence, C-2, Multi-National Force-Iraq.
Brig. Gen. David B. Lacquement, deputy chief of staff for intelligence, C-2, Multi-National Force-Iraq to commanding general, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, Va.
