DoD Identifies Air Force Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of an airman deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Lt. Col. Glade L. Felix, 52, of Lake Park, Ga., died June 11 in Southwest Asia. His death is under investigation.
