Flag Officer Announcements
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has made the following nominations:
Navy Rear Adm. Richard K. Gallagher for appointment to the grade of vice admiral and assignment as deputy commander, U.S. European Command, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany. Gallagher is currently serving as director for operations, J3, U.S. European Command, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany.
Navy Rear Adm. Robert T. Moeller for appointment to the grade of vice admiral and assignment as deputy for military operations, U.S. Africa Command, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany. Moeller is currently serving as special assistant, U.S. Central Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. |
