DoD Identifies Army Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
Cpl. Zachary R. Endsley, 21, of Spring, Texas, died July 23 in Arghendab District, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when his unit was attacked by enemy forces using indirect fire. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, Hohenfels, Germany.
