General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has nominated Air Force Maj. Gen. Ted F. Bowlds for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general with assignment as commander, Electronic Systems Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass. Bowlds is currently serving as commander, Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. |
