General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has nominated Army Brig. Gen. David A. Rubenstein for the appointment to the grade of major general. Rubenstein is currently serving as commanding general, Europe Regional Medical Command, Command Surgeon, U.S. Army Europe and Seventh Army, Germany. |
