Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has made the following nominations:
Air Force Col. Christopher F. Burne has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Burne is currently serving as staff judge advocate, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Va.
Air Force Col. Dwight D. Creasy has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Creasy is currently serving as staff judge advocate, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas
Air Force Col. Mark A. Ediger has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Ediger is currently serving as command surgeon, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas.
Air Force Col. Richard A. Hersack has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Hersack is currently serving as command surgeon, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
Air Force Col. Daniel O. Wyman has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Wyman is currently serving as command surgeon, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii.
