GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that
he has approved the appointment of General Henry Viccellio, Jr.,
United States Air Force, on the retired list in the grade of
general effective May 1, 1997. General Viccellio is currently
serving as Commander, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-
Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
General Viccellio was born August 4, 1940, in San Francisco,
California.
