Maj. Gen. Robert L. Caslen Jr., commandant of cadets, U. S. Military Academy, West Point, N.Y., to commanding general, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
Brig. Gen. Richard T. Ellis, director of intelligence, J-2, U. S. Southern Command, Miami, Florida, to military representa tive to the senior interagency strategy team, National Counterterrorism Center, Washington, D.C.
Brig. Gen. Michael S. Linnington to commandant of cadets, U. S. Military Academy, West Point, N.Y. He most recently served as deputy commander/assistant commandant, U. S. Army Infantry Center and School, Fort Benning, Ga.
Brig. Gen. Joe E. Ramirez Jr., assistant division commander (maneuver), 2d Infantry Division, Eighth U. S. Army, Korea, to deputy director, plans and policy, ECJ-5, U. S. European Command, Germany.
