General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has nominated Air Force Lt. Gen. William M. Fraser III for appointment to the rank of general with assignment as vice chief of staff, U.S. Air Force, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Fraser is currently serving as assistant to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Washington, D.C. |
