General Officer Announcements
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has made the following nominations:
Air Force Maj. Gen. John C. Koziol has been nominated for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general with assignment as deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Intelligence), for Joint and Coalition Warfighter Support, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Koziol is currently serving as commander, Joint Information Operations Warfare Command, U.S. Strategic Command; and commander, Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
Air Force Brig. Gen. Stephen L. Hoog has been nominated to the grade of major general while serving as commander, U.S. Air Force Warfare Center, Air Combat Command, Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. |
