General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has nominated Army Brig. Gen. James E. Rogers for the promotion to the rank of major general. Rogers is currently serving as commanding general, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. |
