Appointments
Price B. Floyd has been appointed to the senior executive service and is assigned as principal deputy assistant secretary of defense for public affairs, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, Washington, D.C. Floyd previously served as director, external relations, with the Center for a New American Security, Washington, D.C.
Reassignments
David S. Sedney is assigned as deputy assistant secretary of defense for central Asia, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Asian and Pacific Security Affairs, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, Washington, D.C. Sedney previously served as deputy assistant secretary of defense (east Asia), Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Asian and Pacific Security Affairs, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, Washington, D.C.
