Brig. Gen. James C. McConville, deputy commanding general (support), 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Ky., to deputy chief, legislative liaison, Office of the Secretary of the Army, Washington, DC.
Brig. Gen. John R. McMahon, director, J-7, Engineering, U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan, to commanding general, U.S. Army Engineer Division, Southwestern, Dallas, Texas.
Brig. Gen. Michael A. Ryan to deputy commanding general, V Corps, U.S. Army Europe and Seventh Army, Germany. Ryan recently served as director of strategic effects, U.S. Forces Afghanistan, Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan.
