Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced the following Department of Defense senior executive service, senior leader appointments and reassignments:
Appointments
Richard A. Ellis has been appointed to the senior executive service and is assigned as the executive director, troop support contracting and acquisition management, defense supply center, Defense Logistics Agency, Philadelphia, Pa. Ellis previously served as contracts manager, readiness and sustainment, BAE Systems Inc.
Reassignments
Brad Bunn will be assigned as director, human resources, J-1, Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va. Bunn is currently serving as the program executive officer, National Security Personnel System, Defense Human Resources Activity, Arlington, Va.
