General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has made the following nomination:
Air Force Brig. Gen. Richard C. Harding has been nominated for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as judge advocate general, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Harding is currently serving as commander, Air Force Legal Operations Agency, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C. |
