General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has made the following nomination:
Army Brig. Gen. William D. Frink Jr. has been nominated for appointment to the rank of major general. Frink is currently serving as commander, 311th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), Los Angeles, Calif.
