The chief of staff, Air Force announced today the following assignments:
Brig. Gen. Michael A. Keltz, vice commander, 7th Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, and chief of staff, Air Component Command, Republic of Korea, Osan Air Base, South Korea, to assistant director of operations, plans, programs and requirements, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii.
Brig. Gen. Robert P. Otto, commander, 9th Reconnaissance Wing, Air Combat Command, Beale Air Force Base, Calif., to director, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities, deputy chief of staff, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
