Brig. Gen. Jeffrey G. Lofgren, deputy director of operations, Headquarters U.S. Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., to commander, 380th Air Expeditionary Wing, Air Combat Command, Southwest Asia.
Brig. Gen. Kenneth E. Todorov, director, Standing Joint Force, Headquarters U.S. Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., to deputy director, J-3 (Protection), U.S. Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo.
