            Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced the following Department of Defense Senior Executive Service appointments:

            Todd Rosenblum has been appointed to the senior executive service and is assigned as principal deputy assistant secretary of defense for policy (homeland defense & security affairs), Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Policy), Washington, D.C.  Rosenblum previously served as deputy under secretary of intelligence, Office of Intelligence and Analysis, Department of Homeland Security, Washington, D.C.

            Monique Rowtham-Kennedy has been appointed to the senior executive service and is assigned as deputy general counsel (environment & installations), Office of the General Counsel, Washington, D.C.  Rowtham-Kennedy previously served as an attorney for the American Electric Power Service Corporation, Hartford, Conn.
