Brig. Gen. Bryan T. Roberts, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Recruiting Command, Fort Knox, Ky., to director, Iraq Training and Advisory Team-Army, U.S. Forces-Iraq, Operation New Dawn, Iraq.
