General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has made the following nomination:
Air Force Brig. Gen. Terrence A. Feehan has been nominated for appointment to the rank of major general. Feehan is currently serving as the deputy program manager, Ballistic Missile Defense System, Missile Defense Agency, Redstone Arsenal, Ala.
