The chief of staff, Air Force announced today the following assignments:
Brig. Gen. James F. Martin Jr., director, financial management, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, to deputy assistant secretary for budget, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Col. Mark A. Brown, who has been selected for the rank of brigadier general, director, financial management and comptroller, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., to director, financial management, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
