General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta announced today that the President has made the following nomination:
Air Force Col. Brian E. Dominguez has been nominated to the rank of brigadier general and for assignment as mobilization assistant to the director of operational planning, policy and strategy, deputy chief of staff for operations, plans and requirements, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
