SECRETARY COHEN TO VISIT GERMANY, GULF REGION AND RUSSIA
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will depart Washington, D.C. on Thursday evening, Feb. 5 on a planned seven-day visit to Germany, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Russia.
In Germany, he will attend the Wehrkunde Conference.
In the Gulf region, he will meet with his counterparts and U.S. forces in the region.
While in Moscow, he will meet with ranking Russian officials.
He is scheduled to return to the United States on Friday, Feb. 13.
