Callup of the Selected Reserve in Support of Operations in Bosnia
Today, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization announced that it is prepared to continue the SFOR in Bosnia beyond June of this year.
Accordingly, the Secretary of Defense has removed the current Aug. 15 end date for selected reservists ordered to active duty in support of Bosnia operations.
As NATO announced, force levels will be reviewed at regular intervals.
This action is not related to any military operations in Southwest Asia.
