General Officer Assignments

The chief of staff, Air Force announced the following assignments:

Maj. Gen. Leonard A. Patrick, commander, Second Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, to vice commander, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.

Brig. Gen. Mark A. Brown, who has been selected for the grade of major general, director, financial management, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, to commander, Second Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi.

Brig. Gen. John P. Horner, who has been selected for the grade of major general, commander, Air Force Recruiting Service, Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, to deputy director, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Brig. Gen. Mitchel H. Brig. Gen. John M.
