FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Vice Adm. Arthur K. Cebrowski, U.S. Navy, for reappointment to the grade of vice admiral and assignment as president, Naval War College in Newport, R.I.
Cebrowski is currently serving as director, Space, Information Warfare, Command and Control, N6, office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
Cebrowski was born Aug. 13, 1942 in Passaic, N.J.
