GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that he has approved the appointment of Lt. Gen. Normand G. Lezy, U.S. Air Force, on the retired list in the grade of lieutenant general effective March 1, 1999. Lezy is currently serving as the deputy assistant secretary of Defense for Military Personnel Policy, office of the secretary of Defense, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
