GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Maj. Gen. Leslie F. Kenne, U.S. Air Force, for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general with assignment as commander, Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB, Mass. Kenne is currently assigned as director, Joint Strike Fighter Program, Arlington, Va.
