STATEMENT BY SECRETARY OF DEFENSE WILLIAM S. COHEN ON THE DEATH OF ELLIOT RICHARDSON
I am deeply saddened to learn of the death of Elliot Richardson. He was my dear and valued friend for nearly three decades. He displayed the rectitude and probity of a New England gentleman and could always be counted on to do the right thing. I will miss him greatly.
