GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Army National Guard Col. David E. Glines for promotion to the grade of brigadier general.
Glines is currently assigned as the commander, 207th Infantry Group (Scout), Fort Richardson, Alaska.
