GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Army National Guard Brig. Gen. David P. Rataczak for appointment to the grade of major general.
Rataczak is currently assigned as the adjutant general, Arizona National Guard, Phoenix, Ariz.
