GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Army National Guard Col. George J. Robinson for appointment to the grade of brigadier general.
Robinson is currently assigned as the chief of staff, California State Area Command, Sacramento, Calif.
