GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Army Reserve Brig. Gen. H. Douglas Robertson for appointment to the grade of major general.
Robertson is currently assigned as the commander, 108th Division (Institutional Training), Charlotte, N. C.
