FLAG OFFICER ASSIGNMENTS
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern E. Clark announced today the following assignments:
Navy Rear Adm. Daniel R. Bowler is being assigned as director, Warfare Integration and Assessment Division, N70, OPNAV, Washington, D.C. Bowler is currently serving as commandant, Naval War College, National Defense University, Fort McNair, Washington, D.C.
