FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Navy Rear Adm Keith W. Lippert, Supply Corps, for appointment to the grade of vice admiral and assignment as director, Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va. Lippert is currently serving as commander, Naval Supply Systems Command and chief of Supply Corps, Mechanicsburg, Pa.
