FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Navy Vice Adm. Gordon S. Holder for appointment to the grade of vice admiral with assignment as director for Logistics, J4, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Holder is currently serving as commander, Military Sealift Command, Washington, D.C.
