FLAG OFFICER ASSIGNMENT

Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced today that Navy Rear Adm. Henry G. Ulrich III is being assigned as special assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations, assigned to Chief of Naval Education and Training as the director of Task Force Excel. Ulrich is currently serving as commander, Cruiser Destroyer Group Twelve.
