FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has made the following nomination:
Navy Capt. Stephen A. Turcotte has been nominated for appointment to the grade of rear admiral (lower half). Turcotte is currently serving as special assistant to commander, Navy Region Southeast, Jacksonville, Fla.
