FLAG OFFICER ASSIGNMENTS
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced the following assignments:
Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) (selectee) Richard K. Gallagher is being assigned as assistant chief of staff for Plans and Policy, Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic, Norfolk, Va. Gallagher is currently serving as commanding officer, USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74).
Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) (selectee) Thomas J. Kilcline, Jr., is being assigned as assistant deputy chief of staff for Aviation, Code AP, USMC, Washington, D.C. Kilcline is currently serving as Weapons Plans and Programs, N780J, OPNAV, Washington, D.C.
