Naval Reserve Rear Admiral (lower half) Duret S. Smith, Senior Health Care Executive, has been nominated for appointment to the grade of rear admiral while serving as medical department staff/fleet surgeon, Commander in Chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet, Norfolk, Va.
Naval Reserve Rear Admiral (lower half) Jerry D. West, Senior Health Care Executive, has been nominated for appointment to the grade of rear admiral while serving as deputy director, Medical Service Corps, Bureau of Medicine, Washington, D.C.
